Stress will also able to increase the fat in your belly. Researchers have found that some hormones are emerging due to stress. These harmonic problems are responsible for increasing your belly fat. To overcome stress, you have to do proper meditation and yoga.

5. Avoid alcoholic drinks:

Is there any connection between alcohol and fat belly? The answer is simple. Yes, it has but not directly. There is less fat in alcohols but it has more sugar and calories. This sugar level will modify into fat quite soon. Therefore, in taking alcoholic drinks may also increase our fat belly. So taking alcohols must be avoidable one to lose our belly fat.
