Belly fat is one of the main worrying factors that we are facing at present world. Belly fat looks different for different people. In men, the fats will store more in abdominal region, but in women, it will store in the hip region. Having belly fat is the vital factor to bring all health related problems. Doing proper exercises and meditations are the important ways to diminish the chance of threat due to excessive fat belly. It is very easy to judge the excessive fats store in your body by measuring waist to hip ratio. It is sad thing for women that they are consuming more fats than men.
1.Do dancing:
Indeed, dance is the best form of exercise to make your body lean. It will surely help your body to keep away from belly fat. I think, the dance will make you feel enjoy so you can able do it very effectively. There are some aerobic dance and belly dance, which will make you to excite and it help you to see yours expecting results soon.
2.Avoid vehicles:
If possible, omit vehicles to travel for nearby distance. You may allow your body to walk for some distance. Go to market, nearby stores, bus stand, and railway station only by walking if you feel comfortable. This will not seems you like exercise if you doing this as routine in daily basis.
3.Have a good diet:
I will say, it is easier for women to follow the dieting rule than men. The reason is simple; you have enough time to spend in your home. Therefore, you will not expect foods from hotels and some other fast foods. Go to market daily and buy some fresh vegetables and fruits daily so it will benefit you in two ways. The one is you are allowing your body to strain by walking and the rest you are purchasing some good dieting foods.
4.Avoid depression:
Depression may see more in women on comparing with men. Do not think depression as a simple thing. Depression is the beginning for all major disease like heart attack, diabetes and so on. The fat can also deposit in belly due to depression. First, you need to know how to handle such stressful situation. Then, consult a doctor for more appropriate treatment.
5.Have long sleep:
It is important to sleep more than six or eight hours per day. One main thing is you have to sleep six hours continuously not as part timely.
