How to minimize the risk of heart disease by lowering the belly fat?

Heart disease can also be control by decreasing the fat levels in the belly region. Belly fat is one of the challenging tasks for every one. It is clearly proved; that having belly fat is the vital factor to bring all health related problems. Doing proper exercises and meditations are the important ways to diminish the chance of threat due to excessive fat belly. The excessive fats in belly region will give more serious problem than fats in other parts of body. The person will face heart attack due to so many reasons. This excessive belly fat is one of the possible ways to open the door for heart related problems. If you want to minimize the risk of heart attack, then you must control the belly fats in your body. Therefore, the belly fats, which are responsible for heart disease, can be control by,

1. Managing the stress levels:

Stress may happen due to new life style. Stress will not directly relate with heart problems but it opens the way for belly fat. Yes, if you are undergoing some stressful situation, this stress will secrete hormonal cocktail of cortisol and insulin. These hormones are responsible to increase our belly fat. After attaining belly fat you have to control it by some proper exercises otherwise it will automatically lead to heart attack.

So stress, belly fat has some link for initiate the heart disease.

2. Decrease your cholesterol level:

The cholesterol will increase the blood pressure and blood clotting. So eat some fatty fish at least for a week, so you can able to reduce the cholesterols in large amount. Take apples, oatmeal, and green tea, because these foods have the ability to control and lowering the cholesterol level.

3. Do aerobic exercises:

Exercises are very important to follow than the proper diet. Yes, effective exercises alone have the ability to control the belly fat. So it will prevent the risk of heart relate diseases. This exercise will improve the heart rate and strength the heart. Do aerobic exercise in a daily basis.

4. Avoid tobacco smoke and alcoholic drinks:

In the recent survey, it tells that most of the people have died because of heart problems. Yes, the heart attack is highly threatening disease all over the world. Those who are addicted for smoking tobaccos were attaining the great risk of heart attack than non- smokers. These smoking and alcoholic drinks will first increase your belly fat and do some high-risk activities in your body.

5. Be aware of heart failure:

The heart failure is the state, where the heart will not pump quickly. This will happen when the enough amount of blood is not allowing in the heart region. The heart pump is not working due to lack of oxygen supply. Belly fat is also one of the major reason for attaining this condition because belly fat also have the ability to increase the blood pressure and stop flowing it to heart.
