4. Intake proper drinks:
Water is the best source to make your body healthy. It is highly recommended to drink at least five liters of water per day. If you do not have proper quantities of water inside your body then dehydrate will take place immediately. Take some fresh juice if it contains less amount of sugar. Drink one cup of green tea daily. This green tea will overcome the fats in your belly.
5. Eat more fruits and sleep more:
Eat more fruits without removing its skin. The nutrients are more in skin comparing the inside fruit. It is important for anyone to sleep at least six hours to eight hours per day. If you are sleeping for fewer hours then, some harmonic problem will raise your fat level exceedingly high.
